Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, handle hazardous waste tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure daily upkeep in a safe, organized environment.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, professional communication with staff, and the ability to work as part of a team. Training in safety and certifications may be required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong reading and comprehension of instructions, procedures, manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow daily schedule.
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities incl. handling and labeling.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
