Job summary

Avivo Village Central Minnesota in St. Cloud is hiring for a full-time custodial position as the founding team member for the opening in Fall 2026. You will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at 3100 1st St S, in Avivo Village Central Minnesota.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of custodial experience, knowledge of cleaning materials and safety procedures, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Evening/weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
• Familiarity with universal precautions and biohazard cleanup.
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.
• Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and perform the physical duties.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors, windows, restrooms, showers, and other building areas.
• Replenish supplies and collect and remove trash.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment, including vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Maintain exterior areas, including sweeping, shoveling, sanding, and salting walkways.
• Respond to spills and other situations requiring immediate cleaning.
• Identify and report facility, safety, and security concerns.
• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Follow organizational safety, security, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.

What You'll Do
