Job summary

Avivo is hiring a Custodian in Saint Cloud to join the residential and staff facilities team. The role focuses on cleaning, safety, and upkeep of the building and grounds, with a 32-hour full-time schedule.

You will clean floors and restrooms, operate custodial equipment, replenish supplies, and assist with safety and emergency procedures. The position requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment and procedures.
• Familiarity with universal precautions and biohazard cleanup.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment.
• Assist with exterior maintenance like shoveling and salting walkways.
• Respond to spills and safety concerns; report facility issues.
• Support safety and emergency procedures per policies.
