• Base pay range: $15.86/hr - $17.21/hr

Role Overview

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. We seek a hardworking, dependable individual to join our team and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Strong customer service skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and all tasks on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisors
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean work environment
• Adhere to protocols, policies, and rules
• Respond to supervision and take direction
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers
• Support shift lead in completing tasks
• Use proper PPE and maintain a professional appearance
• Understand and prioritize customer service and safety

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license may be required
• Completion of safety and task training certifications
• Forklift certification may be required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• 3-6 months of training or experience preferred
