SBM Management Custodian Job Description

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian to join our growing team. We value hardworking individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
• Maintain surface cleanliness by dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing metal/wood, and cleaning blinds and draperies.
• Manage waste removal by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas.
• Conduct light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical use.
• Understanding of cleaning equipment maintenance.
• Training or experience in cleaning preferred, but not required; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Additional Details

Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
