Job summary

Chimes District of Columbia. seeks a dependable custodian team lead to oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to contract specifications, and perform daily cleaning tasks in public spaces and executive areas.

This role requires the ability to lift, move equipment, mentor staff, and coordinate with supervisors. A high school diploma is preferred and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months custodial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial team to meet contract specifications.
• Perform daily cleaning and supervise team activities.
• Transport team members, supplies, and equipment to sites.
• Mentor newly hired custodians on procedures.
• Respond to supervisor or representative promptly.
• Maintain restrooms and public areas per standards.
