Job summary

Chimes DC Brand is seeking a custodial lead to manage daily cleaning operations across multiple facilities in Maryland. The role involves supervising team members, ensuring contract standards, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness in public and work spaces.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate tasks with the supervisor, and respond promptly to operations communications. A background in custodial work and a preference for CPR/FR certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial experience preferred.
• Valid CPR/FR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct custodial team to meet daily cleaning targets.
• Transport team members, supplies, and equipment to assigned buildings.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, common areas, and offices per contract specifications.
• Mentor newly hired custodians and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisor to report issues and receive new tasks.
