Job summary

Chimes DC Brand seeks a facilities supervisor to oversee day-to-day janitorial operations across assigned zones. You will supervise, train, and evaluate custodial staff, ensuring adherence to contract specs, safety standards, and quality expectations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience in custodial supervision, and ability to coordinate with project leaders. This on-site position supports MAA and Chimes operations with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CPR/FR certification required.
• Minimum two (3) years’ experience in custodial supervision.
• Knowledge of building service management and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to supervise, train, and inspect janitorial staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and assign shifts.
• Schedule cleaning tasks per contract specifications.
• Inspect staff performance and provide training.
• Maintain daily logs and time/attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and dress code.
• Prepare reports for MAA, Project Manager, and Shift Manager.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management.
