Job summary

Chimes DC Brand is seeking a custodial supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across assigned zones at the Baltimore terminal. You will supervise, train, and inspect janitorial staff to ensure contract requirements are met with quality and timeliness.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and a respectful approach to all staff, including sensitive handling when working with individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (3) years’ experience in custodial supervision and administrative duties.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Knowledge of MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, and JAMS.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, hospital standards, and facility management.
• Knowledge about regulations for SDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and Bloodborne Pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodian assignments for the cleaning crews on the specified shift/area.
• Manage and inspect cleaning activities to meet contract requirements.
• Train staff on proper cleaning procedures per contract specifications.
• Maintain daily logs of cleaning discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
