Job summary

Chimes International LTD is seeking a Lead Worker for an on-site role in Maryland. The position schedules Wednesday to Friday 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM and Saturday-Sunday 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM, with a set pay rate of $19.06 per hour.

The Lead Worker will supervise custodians, perform daily cleaning, and ensure work quality and contract compliance. The role requires leadership, ability to train staff, and maintaining safe work conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Six months custodial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor custodians to meet contract specifications and quality standards
• Perform daily cleaning and supervise day-to-day activities
• Transport team members, supplies, and equipment to assigned buildings
• Maintain safety and compliance with agency policies and contract requirements
• Assist with training staff in proper cleaning procedures and techniques
