Job summary

Chimes International LTD in Baltimore is seeking a night shift janitorial supervisor to oversee the day-to-day performance of personnel on their assigned shifts for the terminal cleaning areas.

You will supervise, train, and inspect janitorial staff per contract specifications, ensure quality and timeliness, maintain records, and coordinate with MAA, Project Manager, and Shift Manager to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodian assignments for the cleaning crews on a specific shift.
• Train staff in proper cleaning procedures per contract specifications.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements for quality and timeliness.
• Maintain daily logs and oversee time sheets and attendance.
• Report issues to MAA, Project Manager, or Shift Manager.
