Job summary

Chimes International LTD seeks a Lead Worker for Monday–Friday 4:30pm–11:00pm at Fort Meade, MD. You will supervise custodial staff, perform hands-on cleaning, and ensure work meets contract standards while coordinating with the supervisor.

The role requires mentorship of new hires and strict adherence to safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities include leading daily cleaning tasks, transporting supplies, and addressing facilities issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning operations and oversee team activities.

• Respond to supervisor communications and report facilities issues promptly.
• Maintain restrooms, common areas, and work spaces per contract.
