Job summary

Chimes in Washington, DC is seeking a Lead Worker for a Monday–Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm shift. You will lead a custodial team, perform daily cleaning, and ensure contract specifications while mentoring new staff and reporting issues to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning operations and mentor custodians.
• Ensure and report on quality and quantity of work.

• Coordinate with supervisor to complete all duties.
• Respond promptly to supervisor or designated representative.
• Report facilities issues such as broken or leaking fixtures.
