HES Facilities Management is seeking a Custodial Supervisor/Lead to oversee school custodial operations in Hartford, CT. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper facility maintenance across assigned schools.

The ideal candidate will manage custodial staff, uphold HES standards, and coordinate daily tasks, with attention to safety and quality. Training and integrity are essential traits for success in this position.

Responsabilités

• HES supervisors are “hands-on” leaders of their assigned school requiring them to perform the following routine daily tasks.
• The Custodial Supervisor performs responsible supervisory work involving the assignment and direct supervision of custodial employees in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of buildings, offices, classrooms, libraries, work stations, furnishings and equipment as well as building entrances.
• Complete work requests to notify management of needed repair work.
• Remove snow and ice and apply salt and/or ice melting products to assigned areas when needed.
• Organize and supply custodial closets as needed.
• Move, remove, and/or set up furniture, furnishings, supplies, equipment, and any other items, inside specified rooms for special functions as directed.
