Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of custodial experience in office buildings or institutions.
• Two years of supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, schedule and supervise custodial staff and inspect work.
• Inspect completed custodial work for cleanliness and safety.
• Train staff in cleaning methods, equipment use, chemical handling and safety.
