Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; supplemented by required certifications.
• Must obtain and maintain Florida driver's license; may use personal vehicle.
• Supervisory custodial experience and related certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Train custodial personnel in safe and effective operation of custodial equipment.
• Provide training, leadership and instruction to custodial staff; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Prepare and conduct custodial certification courses per State standards.
• Plan custodial work schedules; coordinate major projects like Project Clean Sweep.
• Address emergencies and school openings; on-call duties as needed.
