Qualifications

• Five to ten years of recent supervisory experience in custodial/cleaning in major facilities.
• Knowledge of nightly and daytime facility cleaning operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work and supervise/coordinate activities in assigned areas (e.g., common areas, service hallways, food court).
• Create schedules to maintain properly skilled staffing levels.
• Approve vacation time, overtime and timecards; train custodians on equipment.
• Supervise, motivate, discipline, and evaluate staff.
• Coordinate with customer management; resolve client concerns; conduct inspections for quality.
• Monitor supplies and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Perform additional duties, including hands-on cleaning if required.
