Job summary

Two Rivers YMCA is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation at assigned branches, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage. You will supervise custodial staff, schedule tasks, and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met across the facility.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3–5 years of cleaning experience. CPR/AED, background check, and ongoing certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: A high School diploma or equivalent is required and 3-5 Years Of Cleaning Experience Is Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct custodial staff scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain communications with staff and supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation per YMCA standards.
• Oversee staffing for special events and building rentals.
• Inspect and maintain custodial equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to all YMCA policies.
