Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of custodial experience.
• CPR/AED & First Aid certification required within 30 days.
• Able to travel between Crossroad Branches in Lake County.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keeps facilities clean per daily schedule and maintains upkeep of assigned areas and equipment.
• Mops, cleans and sanitizes restrooms, dusts, empties trash, washes windows, vacuums.
• Performs housekeeping tasks and restocks closets.
• Operates and trains others on custodial equipment.
• Follows checklists and completes tasks with guidance as needed.
• Maintains inventory and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures building security during shift and reports hazards.
