Two Rivers YMCA is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation across branches, working Mon–Fri with some weekends. You will direct custodial staff, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to cleaning standards set by the YMCA.

You will maintain inventories, inspect equipment, and support safety training while upholding the mission and values of the YMCA. The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of cleaning experience, plus ability to read safety rules and communicate

Formación

• Background check required and relevant safety trainings.
• CPR/AED certifications for all ages and bloodborne pathogens.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise custodial staff, schedule tasks and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper staffing for events and rentals.
• Inspect equipment and custodial work areas for safety and quality.
• Provide general custodial care including restrooms, floors and offices.
• Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors; enforce standards.
• Support training and development for custodial staff and adherence to policies.
