Two Rivers YMCA is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation at assigned branches, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage. You will supervise custodial staff, schedule tasks, and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met across the facility.
Requirements include a high school diploma and 3–5 years of cleaning experience. CPR/AED, background check, and ongoing certifications are expected.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the supervision of the part-time Custodial staff.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include initiating and/or assisting supervisor with training employees; planning, scheduling, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience: A high School diploma or equivalent is required and 3-5 Years Of Cleaning Experience Is Preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, curriculum, policy/procedure manuals, and financial documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from members and non-members of the YMCA. Ability to communicate effectively to children, parents, members and non-members, and other staff.
Must have basic mathematical skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Complete background check, child abuse prevention training, CPR/AED certification for infant, child and adult, and blood borne pathogens.
