Andy's Frozen Custard is hiring a Crew Member to prepare high-quality custard treats in a clean, safe, and efficient environment. You will assist customers, manage orders, and handle payments with a customer-first attitude.

Requirements include being 16+, reliable transportation, and availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays. The role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work late nights (as late as 1am), weekends, and some holidays.
• Can manage cash according to cash handling and banking policies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to use touch sensitive POS System.

Responsibilities

• Memorizes recipes and standards.
• Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product is produced.
• Ensures all custard/food items are prepared according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs as prescribed.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard.
• Performs cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
• Follow and reinforce Andy’s operational policies and procedures.
• Deliver legendary customer service and efficiently accepts orders, creates treats, and handles payments.
• Always maintain health and safety regulations.
