Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Morrisville, NC is hiring Crew Members to prepare treats with care in a clean, safe environment. You’ll handle cash, take orders, and provide friendly service while following high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires a minimum age of 16, ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays, and reliable transportation. Training on food safety and POS systems will be provided to help you shine in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Able to work late nights (as late as 1am), weekends, and some holidays.
• Can manage cash according to cash handling and banking policies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to use touch sensitive POS System.
• Must maintain the company culture/values at all times.

Responsibilities

• Memorizes recipes and standards.
• Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product.
• Ensures all custard/food items meet quality standards.
• Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs.
