Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Can manage cash according to cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Memorize recipes and standards.
• Operate custard machines and ensure quality.
• Prepare items per Andy’s quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Complete required Food Safety and Training programs.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods.
• Clean and sanitize by sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
• Follow Andy’s policies, dress code, and appearance.
• Deliver legendary customer service and process orders accurately.
• Handle transactions and make change when needed.
• Maintain health and safety regulations.
