Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a walk-up Tech Bar or concierge help desk.
• Hands-on imaging software and device support.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• CompTIA A+ certification or related PC support certification.
• Customer-focused with strong written and spoken English.
• On-site daily presence at Buffalo location.
• Passion for audiovisual technology and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices and related technical equipment
• Support walk-up help desk or concierge-style technical assistance
• Perform device imaging and related technical support using imaging software
• Document and track support requests through ticketing systems
• Collaborate with team members and users to resolve technical issues
• Maintain high standards for support reliability and user experience
• Communicate clearly with users and team members, both verbally and in writing

Qualifications

• Required
  • Experience supporting a walk-up Tech Bar or concierge help desk environment
  • Hands-on experience with imaging software and device support
  • Experience with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow
  • CompTIA A+ certification or related PC support certification
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
  • Clear spoken and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site daily at the Buffalo location
