Job summary

Charter Schools USA in Florida is seeking a Curriculum Resource Teacher to provide curriculum training and support to teachers, and assist with curriculum implementation, including NTI support.

You will conduct ongoing staff development, perform classroom visitations, collect and report student data, and collaborate with administrators to enhance literacy initiatives across the school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master's Degree preferred and teaching certificate as appropriate.
• Minimum of three (3) years of K-12 classroom teaching with demonstrable positive impact on achievement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts in-service training for all teachers regarding the curriculum, researched-based instructional strategies, and best practices.
• Trains new teachers in the use of the applicable SIS and school-based resources and procedures.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports school and student benchmark data.
• Attends monthly CSUSA Curriculum Cadres.
