Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Curriculum Resource Teacher to train teachers, support curriculum implementation, and monitor NTI/RT0 activities. You will conduct ongoing staff development, perform classroom observations, and analyze student data.

Ideal candidates hold a BA, a Master’s degree is preferred, and at least 3 years of K-12 teaching experience with strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site role supports CSUSA’s reading initiatives and instructional best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Master's Degree preferred and teaching certification as appropriate.
• Minimum of three (3) years of K-12 classroom teaching with demonstrable positive impact on achievement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct staff development and in-service training for teachers.
• Support NTI/RT0 preparations and end-of-year close-out activities.
• Perform classroom observations and assist teachers in improving instructional performance.
• Train new teachers on SIS usage and school resources.
• Lead grade level and subject-area team meetings.
• Analyze school and student benchmark data and report findings.
