Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking a Curriculum Resource Teacher to support curricular implementation and staff development across campuses in Florida. You will train teachers on the curriculum, deliver in-service sessions, and assist with NTI support as directed by school leadership.

Responsibilities include classroom observations, data reporting, and collaborating with administrators to improve reading outcomes and instructional practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master's Degree preferred and teaching certificate as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts in-service training for all teachers regarding the curriculum, researched-based instructional strategies, and best practices.
• Performs classroom visitations, assists teachers in improving instructional performance, and monitors improvement.
• Demonstrates lessons in classroom situations for observation by teachers.
• Trains new teachers in the use of SIS and school-based resources and procedures.
• Facilitates grade level and/or subject area team meetings.
• Serves as a resource to school administrators and content area teachers in identifying reading needs, adapting instructional techniques, and implementing reading strategies across the curriculum.
• Assists with the development of school literacy initiatives.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports school and student benchmark data.
• Initiates and maintains liaisons with district and professional associations to stay current on Reading and instructional best practices.
• Attends monthly CSUSA Curriculum Cadres.
