Charter Schools USA seeks a Curriculum Resource Teacher to provide curriculum training and support to teachers and assist with curriculum implementation as directed by school leadership, including NTI support. You will conduct ongoing staff development and report quarterly student data.

You will monitor instructional practices, train teachers on SIS, and collaborate with administrators to promote reading initiatives across the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Master's Degree preferred and teaching certificate as appropriate.
• Minimum of three (3) years of K-12 classroom teaching with demonstrable positive impact on achievement.
• Demonstrated involvement in school activities involving leadership responsibilities and commitment to company values.
• Possession of valid teaching certification (as appropriate).
• Background check requirements completed successfully.

Responsabilités

• Develops and conducts in-service training for all teachers regarding the curriculum, researched-based instructional strategies, and best practices.
• Performs periodic classroom visitations, assists teachers in improving instructional performance, and monitors improvement.
• Demonstrates lessons in classroom situations for observation by teachers.
• Trains new teachers in the use of SIS and school-based resources and procedures.
• Facilitates grade level and/or subject area team meetings.
• Serves as a resource to administrators and teachers in identifying reading needs and implementing reading strategies across the curriculum.
• Assists with development of school literacy initiatives.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports school and student benchmark data.
• Maintains liaisons with district and professional associations for Reading practices knowledge.
• Attends monthly CSUSA Curriculum Cadres.
