Job summary

The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, maintains the course archive and CLO database, and supports reporting, training, and end-user testing in an integrated systems environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• One year of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with time and task management.

Responsibilities

• Creates, revises, and deletes course data within the appropriate systems.
• Collaborates with departments to identify course information and review curriculum data.
• Processes and reviews course fees for compliance with state auditing requirements.
• Maintains the course archive, inventory list, and CLO database.
• Prepares reports and training materials; tests new end-user products.
