Job summary

Palm Beach State College is seeking an Academic Services Analyst to manage curriculum data, course information, and fees. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with college policies and state requirements, and serve as the point of contact with the State Course Numbering System (SCNS).

In this role you will create, revise, and delete course data, audit curriculum information, prepare ad-hoc reports, and assist in testing new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant coursework or experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creates, revises, and deletes course data within the appropriate systems.
• Collaborates with various departments to identify course information for new courses, review curriculum data, audit existing courses, and update information.
• Processes, maintains, and reviews course fees and itemization for compliance with state auditing requirements.
• Maintains the course archive, inventory list, and Course Learning Outcomes (CLO) database. Ensures course listings are accurate and updates are reflected within the appropriate systems.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to compile and prepare required and ad-hoc reports.
• Designs, creates, and provides training. Creates and maintains training documentation and job aids.
• Assists in the testing of new or changed end-user products in an integrated systems environment.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
