Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Training Developer to lead the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of curricula for diverse audiences. You will partner with subject matter experts, apply adult learning concepts, and ensure content meets audience needs.

You will develop materials for classroom, 1:1, self-instructional formats, and live or virtual webinars. Collaboration with instructional designers reinforces robust course design and professional training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education or learning sciences.
• 2–3 years of content design, development and training delivery experience.
• At least 1 year of virtual classroom delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual education needs assessment to input strategic education program.
• Collaborate with leaders to determine cost-effective training methods by topic and audience.
• Translate new concepts into effective training programs and materials.
