Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Parallon division seeks a Training Developer to design and deliver training programs for RCPS service lines. You will create online content blending technical skills with instructional design and align with business requirements.

You will manage e-learning projects, apply adult learning principles, and collaborate with RCPS partners to determine training needs and objectives. This role is remote but within 60 miles of an HCA hospital in the listed states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least 1–2 years training/development experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning concepts when delivering training and learning programs.
• Create detailed training content for online learning platforms, blending technical skills with instructional design.
• Support evolution of online learning platforms with training development teams to meet customer needs.
• Conduct training needs analyses with RCPS business partners and design learning objectives.
• Create, review and edit content types including video scripts, communications, resources, surveys and quizzes.
• Build experiential activities for targeted learners and serve as project manager on elearning projects.
• Operate in both independent and collaborative settings.
