Job summary

Primary duties include selecting training methods (e-learning, in-person, blended), developing objectives, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in training delivery, curriculum design, or related field, or 8+ years in related roles.
• KSAs include coordination, internal communications, storytelling, written communication, content development, knowledge management, learning measurement, relationships with stakeholders.
• Two-plus years in developing and leading training programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning by sharing information, resources, and expertise with coworkers and members; builds cross-functional relationships.
• Works on design and development of trainings; selects methods (e-learning, in-person, blended) and creates objectives aligned with business goals.
• Evaluates training needs and measures effectiveness to ensure learning goals are met.
• Supports cross-functional projects; guides teams, identifies resources, and manages priorities and deadlines.
• Drives delivery of training programs (orientation, customer service, supervisory skills) using adult learning principles.
