Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with currency exchange services.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with policies.
• Balance till at start and end of each shift.
• Maintain balanced till and record transactions properly.
• Research discrepancies and provide explanation/resolution promptly.
• Follow security procedures to protect against fraud and theft.
• Verify customer identification and documentation.
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and improve customer satisfaction.
