Florida Currency Exchange and Texas Currency Exchange is seeking a Teller in Missouri to deliver accurate currency exchanges and outstanding customer service. You will handle transactions, balance tills, and follow security procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to verify customer identification and document procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately & efficiently in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Balance till at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Research discrepancies (short/over) & provide detailed explanation/resolution in a timely manner.
