Job Summary

As a Curbside Express and Home Delivery Team Leader, you’ll manage an exceptional team and ensure excellent service for every customer. You’ll oversee the timely and accurate fulfillment and delivery of orders, collaborating with team members and drivers to achieve perfect execution. Leaders are responsible for the department's operational performance at all times, representing the organization professionally, promoting mutual respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity. You will coach team members regularly, providing feedback, identifying development opportunities, and supporting their success.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus 18 months to 3 years of additional training
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Interviewing, selecting, and training team members
• Directing and supervising team members' work
• Assessing productivity and efficiency for promotions or changes in status
• Handling team member issues, including complaints
• Disciplining team members
• Planning and assigning work
• Ensuring safety and security for team members and the store
• Managing department or store budgets and inventory
• Monitoring compliance measures

Additional responsibilities include overseeing training to reduce turnover, promote efficiency, and control labor costs; providing motivational leadership; identifying team strengths and opportunities; developing future leaders; fostering an inclusive environment; prioritizing safety; setting and achieving sales and profit goals; maintaining effective communication; proposing business improvements; analyzing financial and operational reports; managing inventories; and working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also assist with shopping, order fulfillment, order delivery, and customer communication regarding order issues.
