As a Curbside Express and Home Delivery Team Leader, you’ll manage a dedicated team and ensure excellent service for every customer. Your role involves overseeing the fulfillment and delivery of orders promptly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude. Collaboration with curbside team members and drivers is essential to achieve perfect and timely order fulfillment. Leaders are responsible for the department's operational performance at all times, representing the organization professionally. You will promote a respectful, inclusive, and diverse environment, coaching team members regularly, providing feedback, and fostering their development.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus 18 months to 3 years of additional training

Job Responsibilities

• Your primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Assist with shopping, order fulfillment, order delivery, and customer communication regarding order issues.
