Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Wilmington, NC is seeking friendly Front of House team members to join our curbside and service staff. We expect you to report to work as scheduled, wear the correct uniform, and uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards while delivering guest-focused service.

As a FOH team member, you will take and record orders, answer questions, provide recommendations, process payments, and ensure orders are delivered curbside on time. Nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years server experience.
• Ability to take orders and process payments.
• Strong guest service and upselling skills.
