Meijer, Inc. is hiring a Digital Clerk responsible for turning online orders into efficient curbside pickups. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, payment collection, and a friendly, courteous customer experience both in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, store staff, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items properly using bagging standards.
