Meijer Inc. is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, turning requests into reliable pickups. This part-time role emphasizes great service at the curb and seamless customer experiences.

You'll greet customers, handle order fulfillment, and work with store teams to ensure orders are scanned, bagged, and staged correctly. Prior retail or cashier experience is helpful, and you must be able to lift and stand for extended periods.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup.
• Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• In short: you’ll turn online orders into easy, reliable, “right-on-time” pickups.
