Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately, creating a smooth pickup experience from start to finish. You’ll greet customers, handle payments, and maintain a positive, team-driven store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Past cashier or online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside pickup service with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone and respond to questions.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow, fulfill orders, and manage bagging and staging.
