Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, delivering a smooth and reliable pickup experience. You will engage customers with a friendly attitude, verify items, and support multiple curbside tasks through the shift.

The role requires a customer-first approach, strong communication, and the ability to learn new technologies. Prior retail experience is preferred, with weekly pay and growth opportunities within a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup.
• Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
