Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to turn online orders into fast, reliable curbside pickups. You will fulfill orders accurately, greet customers warmly, and maintain strong teamwork with store colleagues and leaders.

The role supports multiple tasks to keep curbside operations smooth and efficient. Strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; retail preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable.
• Process-driven; follow procedures efficiently.
• Past online ordering experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate curbside pickup service and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership.
• Fulfill orders from dashboard and manage the workflow during shift.
• Select items, scan/verify, and bag according to standards.
• Store and stage orders with food-safety practices.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
