Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company, based in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a dedicated Curbside Order Assembly Lead to coordinate online order fulfillment and lead department staff. You’ll ensure accurate selection, quality standards, and friendly service for pickup orders.

You’ll stay current on product knowledge, food safety, and tender policies, while driving sales, managing workflow, and supporting a teamwork-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; one year of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in curbside/order fulfillment is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and weigh/scan items accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and refrigeration guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversees online order preparation for curbside pickup and ensures accurate item selection.
• Provides friendly, service-oriented customer assistance by phone and in-store.
• Maintains product knowledge and food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness.
• Keeps checkout totals accurate by weighing, scanning, and pricing items.
• Maintains day-to-day department documentation and safety procedures.
