Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Curbside Lead to coordinate and assemble online orders for pickup. You will supervise department staff, stay updated on product selection and quality standards, and promote excellent customer service.

The role requires knowledge of curbside operations, cash handling, and basic math, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 1+ year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age; 21 years in Louisiana.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per Brookshire policy.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees online order prep for curbside pickup, ensuring accurate selection and organization.
• Provides friendly, customer service-oriented interactions by answering calls and assisting customers.
• Maintains knowledge of products, food safety, and proper temperatures to ensure quality.
• Ensures accurate checkout totals by weighing, tagging, and scanning items.
• Maintains and documents Curbside operating procedures and contributes to performance reviews.
