Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Curbside/Online Order Associate to oversee order preparation, ensure accurate selections, and provide friendly customer service in-store. You will handle calls, greet customers, and respond to inquiries while maintaining knowledge of products and food safety.

The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and teamwork in a busy retail environment. Experience with a cash register and basic Office tools is beneficial, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1+ year related experience.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in Louisiana).
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee online order prep; ensure products are accurately selected and organized for pick-up.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented attitude; answer calls, greet customers, respond to questions/ complaints.
• Stay current on product knowledge and food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness of orders.
• Maintain accurate checkout totals by weighing, keying, and scanning items.
• Maintain and improve sales performance and customer service standards.
