Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum age 18; 21 in Louisiana where applicable.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate online order assembly and supervise department teammates.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented assistance by answering questions and resolving complaints.
• Maintain current knowledge of product and food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness.
• Ensure accurate checkout with proper weighing, scanning, and pricing.
• Maintain and follow store procedures for curbside operations and order pick-up.
