Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is hiring to manage curbside order fulfillment for online shoppers. You will lead a team, ensure accurate order processing, and maintain high customer service and product quality standards.

Role requires strong knowledge of curbside operations, scheduling software, and food safety; 18+ with driving certification and 2+ years of related experience. This is a full-time on-site position at our retail store network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and two or more years of related experience.
• Generally, must be 18 years of age; some states require a minimum age of 21. Adhered compliance expected by local or state ordinance.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, fulfillment, and accurate processing of e-commerce orders; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, training, and developing partners; assign and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Oversee preparation of online orders for pickup; ensure correct selection and organization.
• Provide friendly customer service via phone and in person; address questions and complaints.
• Maintain product knowledge and food safety standards; manage storage temperatures and retrievals.
• Maintain documentation for Curbside procedures; ensure compliance and up-to-date records.
• Review historical data to forecast sales; monitor inventory and profitability; report issues to management.
• Aim to improve sales, financial results, PR, product quality, and work standards.
• Understand tender policies for credits, coupons, EBT, etc.; ensure proper application.
