Role requires basic cash handling, good math, and strong attention to detail. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 16 years of age required; 21 years of age in Louisiana.
• Certification where applicable: TABC/LACT/AATC.
• Ability to operate a cash register and process payments.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepares online orders by accurately selecting products from shelves for pickup.
• Identifies item out-of-stocks and suggests substitutions of similar value.
• Ensures checkout totals are accurate by weighing, keying, and scanning items.
• Maintains knowledge of product details and food safety standards.
• Loads orders into customer vehicles and assists with pickup.
• Keeps work area clean and adheres to safety practices.
• Provides courteous, responsive service for online orders and substitutions.
